The Cambrils Agricultural Cooperative is celebrating one of the most remarkable astronomical events of the century with the launch of a Limited Edition of its 250 ml Mestral Extra Virgin Olive Oil, created to commemorate the Total Solar Eclipse that will cross Spain on August 12, 2026.

This is a collection of extra virgin olive oils from the Cambrils Cooperative that pays tribute to the city's most iconic towers, uniting history, landscape, and Mediterranean essence. Each variety expresses a unique personality: from the smoothness and balance of the Arbequina, through the intense character of the Morruda, the freshness of the Lecciana, and the aromatic persistence of the Koroneiki, to the refined complexity of the Arbosana. Chef Carme Ruscalleda, Mestral's ambassador since 2022, has taken her commitment to gastronomic quality and locally sourced products a step further by launching a limited edition Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) called "Selección Carme Ruscalleda," presented in a specially designed glass bottle.

This initiative stems from the close collaboration between the chef—the only woman in the world with seven Michelin stars—and the Cambrils Agricultural Cooperative, producer of the renowned Mestral Olive Oil, certified with the Siurana Protected Designation of Origin.

The New Olive Oil Festival on November 16th is a unique opportunity to enjoy the first olive oil of the season. An event that combines tradition and gastronomy to pay tribute to the authentic flavors of our land.

Starting October 17th, enjoy Unpressed Olive Oil, the first fresh olive oil, freshly pressed, with all its aroma and intensity. An authentic flavor that marks the beginning of the season and invites us to celebrate the excellence of our land.

From 12 to 15 June, the Cambrils Agricultural Cooperative took part in the Taste of Dublin gastronomic fair, organised by the Patronat de Turisme and the chef Sergi Palacín. During the event, we had the opportunity to promote our Mestral EVOO with tastings, workshops and showcookings that brought the quality of the local product to the Irish public.

Ireland is an important market for the destination, and this action, within the framework of Saborea España, reinforces the international projection of Cambrils as a gastronomic reference and the value of local products.
