Milagros Solís, homenaje después de 41 años trabajando en la Cooperativa

El pasado 24 de diciembre, el Consejo Rector, encabezado por el presidente, Pau Serra, y los trabajadores de la Cooperativa Agrícola de Cambrils, dimos un emotivo homenaje a la trabajadora Milagros Solís Rodríguez después de 41 años de servicio a la empresa.

How is our oil?

Según el IRTA el aceite Mestral “es un aceite sin defectos. El perfil positivo corresponde a un aceite de muy buena calidad. Perfil afrutado verde medio-intenso, no fácil de conseguir con la variedad arbequina. En boca es dulce, aunque equilibrado entre el picante y el amargo, con cierta astringencia final. Aromas secundarios claros, que recuerdan al césped y a la alcachofa, con toques más suaves de almendra y hinojo. También presenta alguna nota de plátano maduro, almendra y nuez que visualizan el perfil.

El nivel de antioxidantes naturales parece suficiente para asegurar una vida útil de tipo medio-corto. Mejor evitar la exposición a la luz. Con el tiempo, las notas maduras pueden evolucionas avinados o notas de envejecimiento.

Mestral Cooperativa de Cambrils amb motiu del 97è aniversari pren una sèrie de compromisos amb els seus clients.
En primer lloc, tots els nostres socis són excel·lents. Per aquest motiu tindran un 10% de descompte en tots els articles de l’Agrobotiga, a excepció de l’oli que el descompte serà d’un 5%.
Així mateix, els restaurants que efectuïn compres superiors a 150 litres d’oli, els obsequiarem amb una caixa de 6 ampolles de 500 ml d’oli verge extra Mestral.
Ens comprometem amb els restauradors a organitzar tast d’oli tant a l’inici com a la fi de campanya. Igualment, efectuarem porta a porta gratuït, als restauradors de Cambrils que efectuïn compres superiors de 100 €.
