The fishing tradition of Cambrils means that its inhabitants always have fresh fish from the local fish market or fish shops and know all the secrets of seafood. At the same time, a deeply rooted farming tradition means they always have fresh and freshly picked vegetables and fruit, along with an exquisite olive oil that is an essential ingredient in most of the traditional dishes in the area. This all means that the traditional cuisine and interest in gastronomy have been and continue to be emblems of Cambrilense culture. Mediterranean sea and mountain cuisine, with fresh produce from the land.
Good taste à la carte
From the most traditional restaurants and bars to the most sophisticated restaurants, the gastronomic offer of Cambrils has grown over the years. The increase in tourism and the growing interest in Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine have been added to the good work of the restaurant sector for so many years.
Many restaurants in Cambrils opt for local products and buy fish directly from the fish market, fruit and vegetables from the local farmers, and oil, vinegar, wines and other products from local producers. The products of the Cooperative of Cambrils, and especially the extra virgin olive oil, are used in many restaurants. It is our pride and pleasure that chefs trust our oil and that people from the area and from all around can taste it.
OUR OIL AND GREAT CHEFS
